Objective:

A Human Resources Trainee contributes to Cintra’s success by supporting multiple facets of the Human Resources department, striving for innovation and strategic results in each area. The HR trainee will be exposed to different components of Human Resources such as talent acquisition, on-boarding, benefits administration, training & development, and global culture initiatives.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Benefits: Support accuracy in management of our flexible benefits
  • Training & Development: Learn about our internal offering for employee training and development by assisting in the planning and execution of our various training initiatives Talent Acquisition: Participate in the global process of acquiring the best talent for the company.
  • Contributions range from the publishing of job openings to first level selection of profiles, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews and guiding our hiring decisions
  • Cultural Initiatives: Be part of the planning and execution of our global cultural initiatives driven to give back to the community and provide our employees with a healthy and innovative work environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree preferred. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business-Related Degree required
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Superior writing and verbal communication skills
  • Ethical and caring, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment
